Contura stoves Contura woodburning stoves include masonry stoves like the 450, C11 and C21 as well as  soapstone options. The 510, 550, 585 pedestal and many more modern and contemporary designs and have defra smoke control area exemption . With a high quality Scandanavian build the airwash and clean burn system works tremendously. All of the Contura 51L, 52,53, 54, along with the 810, 850, 750, 780 and 510 series stoves are exempt for burning  wood  in smokeless zones. The Contura i4 inset stove is also DEFRA approved.   Most products have an option of `outside air supply` making them compatible with heat recovery systems which are found on many `eco` and `code for sustainable` homes. The Contura brand, along with Handol are part of the Swedish Nibe corporation, renowned for their heat pumps and advanced green technology.

Handol stoves Handol stoves include the 20, 30,and 50 series many are suitable for use in a smoke control area and are some the best stoves available on the market today. With high quality Scandanavian build the clean burn sytem works tremendously they are some of the best quality around.    Most products have an option of `outside air supply` making them compatible with heat recovery systems which are found on many `eco` and `environmentally aware` buildings. Stuv stoves Stuv stoves are of the highest quality with some very clever engineering to be appreciated by the `techy types`. The Stuv 30 is available wall hung, freestanding or inset as pictured here and has a door which rotates within the body which has to be seen to be believed. you can also choose the Stuv 21 in various sizes with many double sided options, the Stuv 16 as inset or 16 Cube and the 60, their first production model but still a head turner !
